Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Order Processing Coordinator to join our growing team in Van Nuys. This position is ideal for a candidate with 1-2 years of customer service experience in a wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing environment who thrives in a fast-paced office setting and enjoys supporting both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers regarding products, order status, and company services.
  • Process and negotiate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Oversee contract execution, purchase order management, and delivery confirmations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions within established timelines.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email.
  • Generate and process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and perform general administrative duties.
  • Support management with special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Help ensure overall office efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a wholesale, distribution, logistics, or related environment.
  • Experience with order processing and data entry.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, including invoicing and related administrative functions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
