Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships and keeping operations running smoothly? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support key customer accounts by managing orders, forecasts, and customer communications in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK.
What You'll Do
Manage customer order activity from receipt through fulfillment
Monitor open orders and proactively communicate changes to customers and internal teams
Process purchase orders, quotes, order modifications, and expedite requests
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts via phone and email
Partner with sales, purchasing, production planning, and other internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Prepare reports and complete assigned projects in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
Recent experience in customer service, order management, account coordination, inside sales support, or a related role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office - including Excel
Comfortable working cross-functionally with customers, sales, purchasing, and operations teams
Manufacturing or industrial industry experience is a plus
