This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a positive environment. We value dependable team members who enjoy helping others and take pride in their work. Retired individuals looking for a fun and active environment are encouraged to apply. We especially welcome applicants with prior retail, restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience.

Must be available mornings, evenings and weekends. Full and Part Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate cash registers and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Answer phones and assist with guest orders
• Use computers and online ordering systems
• Assist with packaging and presenting cake orders
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, and stocked
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous cashier or customer service experience required
• Comfortable handling money and balancing transactions
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during a shift
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Detail oriented with the ability to read tickets
