Job Summary






  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and friendly, professional manner


  • Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email


  • Follow up with customers when necessary


  • Route calls to other team members whenever needed


  • Make relevant notes from customer interactions


  • Identify any issues that customers might be struggling with


  • Process customer orders and payments


  • Contribute to monthly sales goals (responsible for calling lists)
