About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist to drive operational excellence and support our clients across the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil…). In this operation-oriented role, you will act as the critical link between our customers, sales teams, and European manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless order execution and best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Execution: Coordinate order fulfillment directly with manufacturing plants. Manage US-specific purchase orders and maintain stock replenishment forecasts in our planning tools to meet regional demand.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track third-party partner performance through targeted KPIs and regular business reviews. Identify at-risk products and proactively communicate with Sales, Finance, and Global teams.
  • Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Create and maintain operating procedures to remain in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Participate in Ways of Working (WoW) improvement initiatives, support change management projects, and provide backup coverage for import/export duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or another related field.
  • 5+ years of operational experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry (exposure to GxP required).
  • Hands-on, advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Autonomous, customer-centric problem solver with rigorous attention to detail and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • APICS and/or ISM certification and fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French considered a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Total Rewards package including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Parental Leave and Company-sponsored gym membership with a leading fitness brand to support your health and well-being.
