This individual provides coaching, develops employees, drives process improvement, manages escalated customer situations, supports recruiting and onboarding efforts, and ensures the department meets service objectives.

This role is 100% on site.The Customer Service Supervisor leads the customer service team and is responsible for customer retention through effective execution of SPIROL's Order Fulfillment Process. Actual starting salary will be determined based on factors including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related considerations.
