HireFrontier is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service / Student Services Representative to serve as a first point of contact for students, clients, and visitors. This customer-facing role combines customer service, student support, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Provide information and support to students regarding services, programs, and resources
Resolve customer service issues and escalate complex cases appropriately
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the customer service system
Assist with scheduling, intake forms, and general office support
Uphold a welcoming, service-oriented atmosphere
Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email systems)
Prior customer service, hospitality, or student services experience
Experience with CRM or ticketing software
