Job Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the face of our company, providing top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and promoting our products and services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Adhere to established processes to meet or exceed customer care standards.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product portfolio and procedures.
• Ensure one-call resolution by following through on all commitments.
• Effectively communicate promotions and services to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Document and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Communicate regularly with leadership to address customer issues.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training for skill enhancement.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Youngstown, OH.
• Must wear closed-toe shoes.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 8 am to 5 pm.

Preferences

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
