Description
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location : Tallahassee, FL (32309)
Duration : 3+ months Contract. There is also the potential for a longer-term opportunity based on business needs and satisfactory performance.
Shift : Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
Job Description:
Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support a plus
Must have strong job tenure
