Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
• Provide accurate information about EIG Insurance Center's products and services.
• Process and manage customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our system.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

• Obtain a Property and Casualty License
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A genuine desire to help people and provide outstanding service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.
