Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Provide accurate information about EIG Insurance Center's products and services.
- Process and manage customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Requirements
- Obtain a Property and Casualty License
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A genuine desire to help people and provide outstanding service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.
