We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to enhance our student salon floor experience.

As the face of our institution, you'll greet clients, manage appointments, and deliver exceptional service while supporting student learning.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, coordinating bookings with instructors and students, maintaining salon cleanliness, handling payments, promoting services, and resolving client issues. You will also stay updated on industry trends and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, enthusiasm for working with students, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Knowledge of salon software and cosmetology terminology is a plus.
