Three Rivers Community Action is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist (Dispatcher) to join our Transportation team. In this role, you'll help coordinate rides, communicate with drivers, support customers, and ensure reliable transportation services that connect people to work, school, medical appointments, and more. About the Role As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers and drivers while helping manage daily transportation operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities throughout the day. This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week.
