What You'll Do
- Welcome employees, executives, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
- Manage visitor registration and access control.
- Issue visitor badges and maintain access records.
- Monitor CCTV and security systems.
- Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols.
- Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies.
- Complete daily activity and incident reports.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to Downtown Pittsburgh.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol throughout the shift.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with a corporate environment.
