Summary:

Rensenhouse exists is to work with local manufacturers and those that support them to understand what it is they do, how they do it, and why they do it the way that they do. Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree

  • Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

  • Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Working Conditions:

Conditions vary based on daily demands and will include office, warehouse, and external environments. Some activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions based on customer sites. Office time may include sitting for extended periods. Training and customer visits will require some travel.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Answering incoming customer requests by phone, email, and in person walk-ins

  • Order management and logistics

  • Writing and delivering complete and accurate quotes

  • Resolving customer problems

  • Growing market share with our customer base.
