In this role, youll be at the heart of our operationssupporting our dealers and customers, coordinating across teams, and ensuring every order and warranty request is handled with care and accuracy. No two days are exactly the same, and your work will make a real difference.
What Youll Do
- Be the go-to resource for dealers and customers, delivering outstanding service every day
- Solve complex parts and warranty-related questions with confidence and care
- Process orders for parts, warranty replacements, and credits with accuracy
- Manage data entry for orders, shipping costs, and warranty transfers
- Collaborate with shipping, transportation, and production teams to keep things moving
- Provide quotes, answer inquiries, and assist with technical questions
- Stay on top of past-due orders and ensure timely follow-up
- Jump in on special projects and support the team during busy periods
