What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service with every interaction
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence
- Support customers in both English and Spanish
- Respond to inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve concerns efficiently
- Escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems
- Document interactions and follow-up activities thoroughly
- Contribute to team success by meeting service, quality, and performance goals
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous customer service or call center experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving setting
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and data entry
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and customer-first mindset
Assignment Details
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
- Fully onsite in La Mesa, San Diego
- Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
- Competitive pay: $22.00 per hour
- Potential for a hybrid schedule following successful training
