Customer Service Specialist - Great pay!

Communicate documentation needs with vendors clearly and promptly to obtain required materials and fulfill customer documentation requests. Account management as the point of contact between vendors, customers, and internal teams to gather and verify required information.

Pay Rate: $17/hour-$21/hour

Hours: Full Time, 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary, 2-3 months, through approximately early December

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Appleton, WI

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and process orders (phone and email)
• Assist customers with questions on products, pricing and delivery 
• Account management as the point of contact between vendors, customers, and internal teams to gather and verify required information
• Complete weekly reports 
• File and organize documents 
• Communicate documentation needs with vendors clearly and promptly to obtain required materials and fulfill customer documentation requests

Requirements: 

• Customer service experience
• Strong customer service and professional communication
• Experience working with documentation and detailed documents
• Food industry documentation is preferred
• Organizational skills to manage documents and prioritize efficiently
• Data entry into Excel spreadsheets, Outlook 
• Strong time management skills, meet deadlines
