Customer Service Specialist
Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from Florida high school and college students
- Respond to questions regarding Florida scholarships and grants
- Provide accurate and professional customer assistance
- Remain calm and courteous when handling stressed or upset callers
- Use computer systems to access and provide relevant information
