Customer Service Specialist

Ski with us in the morning and then interact with ouramazing customers through email, phone, and online to help them find theperfect gear! Your primary role will be nurturing everyone's innate passion forclimbing and skiing mountains. It's the ultimate form of exercise with a hugereward: skiing!

Duties:

• Provide superior customer service online,on the phone, and in the store.
• Listen to customers and truly understandtheir needs and desires.
• Prioritize and answer emails ranging from gear questions towarranty issues.
• Answer online questions from ourcustomers about specific pieces of gear.
• Check orders for accuracy andcompatibility between products.
• Problem solve with team members totroubleshoot any issues our customers may have.
• Help on the sales floor during busytimes.
• Operate our Point of Sale system for sales,returns, and warranties.
• Answer phones and process customer requestswith our POS.
• Navigate our website competently to helpanswer customer questions.
• Attend all brand clinics.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of backcountry ski gear.
• Patience for extensive conversationsabout gear.
• Excellent written and oral communicationskills, including grammar and spelling.
• Attention to detail and ability to followthrough on tasks.
• Team player who is willing to assistfellow team members when necessary.
