Customer Service Specialist
International Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for their US distribution office. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy of orders and delivery updates. Competitive salary plus bonus 100% company-paid health insurance, and a 401K!
Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:
Answer inbound phone calls from distributors and customers; enter orders into systems and allocate orders to available inventory.
Check stock when needed
Release orders to the shipment team
Receive and resolve customer complaints/concerns.
Follow-up on customer inquiries
Update clients on order status
Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist
Prior experience with Netsuite software preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills with ability to learn customer service software applications.
Ability to learn product line
Great Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
