Key Responsibilities:
Enter and process quotes, orders, and work orders.
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts.
Manage invoices, documentation, and order tracking.
Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Shipping teams.
Track account activity and proactively resolve issues.
Requirements
3+ years in customer service or account support (manufacturing industry required). Must have been employed with the same company for at least the past three years, ideally the past five years.
Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
