About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, professional Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

- Consultative Sales: Actively listen to customer needs to recommend products or services that provide genuine solutions.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact, resolving inquiries efficiently to ensure a "best-in-class" customer experience.
- Documentation: Accurately track customer interactions and sales leads within our system to ensure seamless follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
- Call Center Expertise: Proven experience managing high-volume call traffic in a professional environment.
- Management Background: Prior experience in a leadership or management capacity is highly preferred.
- Sales Savvy: Experience in Inside Sales or a "consultative sales" environment is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful under pressure.
