JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Perform various responsibilities related to the reception of callers and visitors. Distributes and tracks sales RFQs and POs throughout multiple inboxes
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Distribution, organization and tracking of customer inquiries sent to Radwell via the internet or through other electronic means
- Daily delivery of incoming mail
- Process outgoing mail (sales marketing material)
- General sales related administrative support
- Enter Quotations and process orders into sales order processing systems
- Build new customers in sales order processing systems
- Assist in business system database cleanup and ongoing maintenance
- May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent, advanced degree is strongly preferred
