Customer Service / Sales Representative

Location: Corona, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (schedule may vary slightly)

Pay: 20-23hr doe

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service / Sales Representative to provide excellent customer support while assisting with sales growth. This position will manage customer inquiries and orders, resolve issues, coordinate with internal departments, and conduct outbound calls to develop new business.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online portals

Prepare quotes and process sales orders

Provide order updates and follow up with customers

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, and other departments

Maintain accurate customer and order records

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Conduct cold and warm calls to support sales growth

Meet individual and team sales goals

Maintain required daily call volume

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

3+ years of customer service experience; industry experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office

ERP experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings is a plus

Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
