Customer Service Sales Support Clerk

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service and Amazon Support Clerk to support our small but growing U.S. operation. The primary focus of this remote role is to assist with Online, Direct Sales and Amazon USA customer service, order follow-up, and basic day to day sales operations. The position also performs routine clerical and administrative tasks. When U.S. workload permits, the employee will provide clearly assigned support to the Mexico customer service and web services teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or junior candidate who wants to learn, contribute across multiple company functions, and grow as the U.S. business expands.

• Monitor and respond to customer questions received through Amazon Seller Central and other approved communication channels.
• Assist customers with product information, potential clients, order status, shipment tracking, returns, refunds, and general inquiries, following company procedures.
• Support basic Amazon USA order administration, including reviewing order information, documenting issues, and escalating cases when needed.
• Coordinate remotely with warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, logistics, and operations contacts to help ensure orders, packaging and shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Prepare basic quotes, order documents, reports, and customer follow-up communications as assigned.
• Enter and update customer, order, invoice, purchase order, shipment, and inventory information in QuickBooks or other company systems.
• Help track incoming international product shipments by matching available information to purchase orders, invoices, receiving records, and related documentation.
• Support online order fulfillment administration, including UPS documentation, labels, shipment records, and communication with the team responsible for physical packaging and shipping.
• Maintain accurate digital files and perform routine clerical work such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and record maintenance.
• Resolve basic customer concerns within established guidelines and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate contact.
• Learn company products, procedures, and systems and take on additional U.S. responsibilities as the business grows.
• Assist with basic web services activities, such as reviewing website inquiries, routing service requests, updating approved content or information, and reporting website issues.
• Support order follow-up, customer documentation, online communications, and coordination with internal departments.
• Help maintain customer databases, service logs, reports, and digital files.
• Participate in temporary administrative projects or other basic support tasks assigned according to workload and business priorities
