Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their insurance coverage needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Sales Support: Assist in selling insurance policies, processing paperwork, and following up with clients. Schedule new appointments for the lead agent.
  • Customer Assistance: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Policy Consultation: Analyze client requirements and explain insurance options in a clear and concise manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Marketing: Community outreach, events, and local marketing to consumers and businesses.

Requirements
  • Licensing: WE COVER THE COST. Must obtain or possess valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance industry is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
  • Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours in our Mankato, Minnesota office.
