Must have a Florida 4-40 Customer Service license
At least one (1) year of experience in Insurance Sales
Able to work 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in our agency office located in Jacksonville, FL
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
Develop ongoing networking relationships
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Annual wage rate depending on licensing and experience: $40000-$50000 with FL 4-40 license; $50000-$80000 with FL 2-20 license
Additional compensation available based on Production Incentive with no limit

Requirements:
Prior minimum (1) year insurance sales experience
Florida 4-40 Customer Service License (required)
Florida 2-20 General Lines All Agency and Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Annuity are also desirable
