Route Service Representative – 4-Day Workweek!
Cintas is hiring Route Service Representatives to deliver products and provide excellent customer service to existing customers. This role combines driving, customer relationship building, and sales. Responsibilities include delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility supplies along an established route.
No previous route service experience? If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and providing great customer service, this could be a great opportunity!

What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Deliver and pick up products along your assigned route
- Help customers resolve service issues
- Recommend additional products and services
- Manage inventory and renew customer agreements
- Follow all driving and safety requirements
What We're Looking For
- Active driver's license
- At least 21 years of age
- DOT medical certification before starting
- High school diploma, GED, or military service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical job duties and work as part of a team
- Important: This position requires meeting Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 pounds.
