Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and genuine conversation
• Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the POS system
• Process cash, credit, and electronic payments with precise cash handling
• Answer questions about menu items, promotions, and recommend additional products
• Prepare, package, and present guest orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
• Restock condiments, beverages, paper products, and supplies as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years old (or meet local employment age requirements)
• Available to work a minimum of 9 hours per week
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
• Coachable mindset with willingness to learn and accept feedback
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order entry and cash handling
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive movements

Preferred Qualifications & Benefits

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or food service
• Experience operating POS systems or cash registers
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and a positive guest experience
