We are an established global company (40+ years) that manufactures and distributes orthopedic bracing to medical professionals and direct to consumers. We are searching for a qualified Customer Service Representative who shares our values of hard work and responsible stewardship that will deliver the highest quality products and experience for our customers.

Summary of Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers and sales reps, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will handle incoming calls with the objective of one-call resolution, facilitate and resolve discrepancies and/or customer complaints to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and utilize decision making and trouble-shooting skills to resolve customer concerns in relation to pricing, invoicing, service delivery, and any other related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Having knowledge of products to field customer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Actively listens and works with customers to research and resolve a wide variety of issues.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn.
• Great phone etiquette.
• Experience with Sage 500 ERP and ACT a plus.
• Experience with databases
• Strong organization skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week

Shift:

• Day shift
• 12:00pm – 5:00pm
• Monday through Friday
