Location: Carson, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.65–$19.65 per hour
ACS Staffing, Inc. is currently recruiting 2 Customer Service Representatives for a logistics and distribution operation in Carson, CA.
Available Shifts & Pay
1st Shift: $18.65/hr – 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
2nd Shift: $19.65/hr – 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
Monday–Friday. Must be flexible and available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Provide customer service and administrative support for logistics operations.
- Enter and update shipment and customs information accurately.
- Process and maintain shipping documents and records.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document retrieval.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments.
- Maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Logistics, transportation, or shipping experience preferred.
- Strong typing, data entry, and computer skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
