In this role, you’ll connect with members who have requested information about available benefit options, schedule brief virtual appointments, and guide them through a simple online process.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide full step-by-step training, ongoing support, and the tools needed to help you succeed.

- Deliver short, professional presentations via Zoom
- Assist with digital applications and required documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure files are submitted correctly
- Follow established systems to manage each case efficiently
- Participate in optional training and professional development sessions
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and well-organized
- Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online forms
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
