Customer Service Representative

This is a part-time position offering 16-36 hours per week

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers

Respond to customer questions about coverage, billing, claims and products

Follow established agency processes and procedures

Process changes to existing accounts and policies

Handle daily administrative tasks that support the agency owner and office operations

Help create a welcoming, responsive and professional customer experience

Answer the telephone and assist customers with billing and policy questions

Has excellent customer service and communication skills

Is organized and detail-oriented

Is self-motivated and dependable

Works well as part of a team

Wants to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the agency
