Hire Up Staffing is seeking a
dynamic and energetic Customer Care Representative for a leading
manufacturing and packaging company in the North Conroe area. This is a temporary project 6-8 weeks with possible future opportunities.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $18/hr.
What You'll Do:
- Process customer orders and provide timely order updates
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems
- Assist with quotes, order tracking, billing inquiries, and general account support
- Resolve customer concerns while providing outstanding service
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order activity
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office environment
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, order processing, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial customers is a plus
- Packaging industry experience is helpful but not required
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with ERP or CRM software such as SAP or Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a strong work ethic
- Stable work history preferred
