Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Care Representative for a leading manufacturing and packaging company in the North Conroe area. This is a temporary project 6-8 weeks with possible future opportunities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $18/hr.
What You'll Do:

Process customer orders and provide timely order updates
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
Work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently
Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems
Assist with quotes, order tracking, billing inquiries, and general account support
Resolve customer concerns while providing outstanding service
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order activity
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office environment

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, order processing, or administrative experience preferred
Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial customers is a plus
Packaging industry experience is helpful but not required
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Experience with ERP or CRM software such as SAP or Salesforce is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a strong work ethic
Stable work history preferred
