Customer Service Representative

Pay: Starting at $400 per week, plus uncapped commission
Job Type: Full-time, In-office

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with travel-related questions, reservations, scheduling, account updates, and general service needs.

This is a phone-based position that also includes basic computer and customer account work. Paid training is provided, and previous travel or call center experience is not required.

Available Schedules

• Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM–5:00 PM
• Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone
• Help with reservations, scheduling, and account questions
• Update customer information and document conversations
• Explain available options and next steps
• Resolve routine concerns or escalate when needed
• Maintain professional communication and reliable attendance

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Dependable and organized
• Willing to learn new systems
• Must be at least 18 years old

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, office, or call center experience is helpful but not required.
