Customer Service Representative – Travel Reservations
Enjoy helping people plan their next trip? Sparta Networking is looking for dependable, outgoing people to join an in-office team assisting customers over the phone.
You'll guide callers through travel and booking options, answer questions, and help them complete or update reservations. The role combines customer service with opportunities to earn commission. No travel industry experience is needed—we provide paid training.
The workday
Most of your time will involve speaking with customers, reviewing available services, and helping with reservations. Between calls, you'll update account information, record conversations, and check booking details for accuracy. When a request needs additional attention, you'll connect with the appropriate team for support.
Clear communication, patience, and attention to detail will help you succeed here. You should be comfortable using a computer, learning new systems, and keeping information organized while assisting callers.
Pay and hours
This full-time position offers $400 in weekly base pay plus uncapped commission, along with paid training and ongoing team support.
Two Monday–Friday schedules are available:
Work is performed in-office.
Your background
We welcome applicants with experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, office support, reservations, or call centers. If you're new to this type of work, dependability, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn are equally welcome. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
