Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process customer orders, updates, cancellations, returns, and account requests with accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns while escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information within CRM and internal systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Shipping, and Accounting teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and order fulfillment.
  • Provide product and service information while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Track open orders and proactively communicate status updates to customers.
  • Meet established service, quality, and response time expectations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as assigned.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by providing dependable support across departments.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, call center, account support, or administrative support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Zendesk, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Additional Details:
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or business-to-business (B2B) customers is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with order entry and order management systems is a plus.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
