Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $20-$22 per hour

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support the sales team by managing customer orders, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring excellent communication with customers. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers via email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor order status and follow up with customers regarding order updates, changes, and confirmations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email.
- Maintain clear, professional written communication with customers.
- Run Excel reports for the sales team to support business operations and decision-making.
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel tools such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain organized records of customer communications and order activity.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience, including:
- VLOOKUPs
- Pivot Tables
- Running and maintaining reports
- Previous customer service experience outside of a call center environment.
- Experience communicating with customers via email in a professional business setting.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, complete sentences.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods).
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience supporting a sales team or order management process.
