What you'll do:

• Handle customer requests with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
• Oversee day-to-day workflow, priorities, and follow-up to keep service levels strong
• Help improve processes and identify ways to streamline communication
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers
• Offer & sell financial service products when they fit the needs of our customers 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service mindset—calm, confident, and solutions-oriented
• Excellent communication skills (coaching, feedback, and professional correspondence)
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards
• Tech-comfort and a willingness to learn State Farm tools quickly
• Experience in insurance/customer care is a plus (but the right leader who can learn fast is welcome!)
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
