ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead an experienced team of seven. I’m a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and have built my entire State Farm career around serving customers, developing a strong team, and consistently striving for excellence. I’m proud to have qualified for Chairman’s Circle for 10 years, reflecting the high standards and strong performance of our agency.
Outside of work, I love to travel, spend time at the beach, play golf, and cheer on Clemson. I believe in working hard, enjoying what you do, and making time to have fun along the way. Giving back is also important to us, and I stay very involved with our local fire department.

Customer Service Representative with Cliff Gaubert - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
