RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Process Payments
Answer Phones
Greet Customers - Traffic Controller
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bilingual - Spanish Speaking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Good computer and writing skills
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Positive Attitude
Team Player
Quick learner
Insurance license not required, but willing to obtain
Available to work Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 3pm
