Kitterman State Farm is looking for a talented, motivated professional to join our Customer Care team in Rapid City.


This isn't a call-center customer service position. You'll build relationships with customers, help families understand and manage their insurance coverage, solve problems, identify additional needs, and become an important part of a high-performing agency team.


Insurance experience is welcome, but it isn't required. We're willing to train and invest in the right person who brings strong communication skills, professionalism, initiative, and a desire to build a career.


What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service
• Assist with coverage questions, policy changes, billing, transfers, and claims-related needs
• Proactively follow up and help ensure customers' insurance needs are being addressed
• Identify opportunities to better protect customers and their families
• Educate customers about appropriate State Farm Insurance and Financial Services
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the agency

Licensing


A Property & Casualty insurance license is required for the position; however, previous insurance experience or an existing license is not required to apply. We will work with the right candidate to complete the necessary licensing and training.


Compensation


Starting guaranteed salary: $50,000+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission and performance bonuses.
