ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Brian Robinson Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, problem solving aptitude and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Properly process auto and fire applications.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Make outbound calls to enhance the customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have current Illinois property, casualty and life licenses.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous insurance industry customer service experience preferred.
