RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle 3+ hours of customer phone interactions daily, inbound and outbound.
• Answer customer inquiries & assist with policy changes. 
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Leverage existing client relationships and opportunities to generate new business & coverage needs.
• Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional phone presence and verbal communication skills - you are comfortable on the pone for the majority of your workday. 
• Strong multitasker who can manage calls, systems, and follow-ups without dropping the ball
• detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Positive energy, coachable, team-oriented, and passionate about helping people.
