ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent seven years as an agent team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business and a strong foundation for building an agency of my own. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay and earned my master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.
Outside of work, I’m married with two kids, and sports (especially football), are a big part of our family. I coach middle school football as well as flag football for younger kids, which gives me another opportunity to mentor, teach, and help others develop.
As a newer agency, we’re excited to become more involved in the community as we grow. We recently joined the local Chamber of Commerce and look forward to building relationships and finding additional ways to support the community we serve.

Customer Service Representative with Carl Dodge - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
