we'd love to meet you! Benefits We Offer- Competitive Salary: $41,600 Base + Uncapped Commission (Expected annual salary $45k-65K+)

What You’ll Do- Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Assist with policy changes, billing questions, coverage questions, and account updates
- Help customers navigate next steps following a claim or loss
- Build strong customer relationships through attentive, personalized service
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Generate and follow up on leads, quotes, and customer requests
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Work toward agency goals for customer service, retention, and sales
What We’re Looking For- Previous customer service experience; insurance or financial services experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking
- Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems
- Comfortable having sales conversations and recommending products
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required insurance licensing
