ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in December 2024 and is a growing team of three who are focused on building a strong foundation and delivering great service to our customers. I’ve been with State Farm since May 2018, and that experience helped prepare me to open my own agency and create a culture built on hard work, support, and growth.

I attended Western Kentucky University, and outside of the office I enjoy playing pickleball and spending time with my two Golden Retrievers. Creating a positive environment where people enjoy both their work and life outside the office is important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nick Nunley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
