RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phone calls, emails, texts
• Make policy changes and recommendations
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• In office 8:30-5 Mon- Fri, closed 12-1 for lunch. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Will need to get insurance licenses (pretty easy).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
