ROLE DESCRIPTION:WE ARE GROWING! As a Customer Care Representative with Vanessa Brown State Farm Agency, you will provide exceptional customer experiences & help protect clients by pivoting to the appropriate insurance products for their situation. Your loving attitude, attention to detail, problem solving skills, reliability and desire to help people make you a great fit! This is an in person 40 hour per week position in Farragut.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Pivot to products that will benefit the customer.
