Position Overview

 This position is in-office and requires working onsite at the agency location.

 Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:15pm

Responsibilities


  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Experience in sales preferred.
  • Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. 
Requirements


  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) Preferred

  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
